My meadows experience|Recommended: YesOverall I loved living at the meadows. It was a nice small community and all the staff that I had I had contact with from the day my family moved in to the day we moved out was nice and knowledge with what we ask.

A nice quiet place|Recommended: YesI have been a resident for almost 2 years and I have never had an issue. The only things that sticks out for me is that they advertised the units as having hardwood floors but it doesn't, it's a laminate.

Great Community, Horrible Payment System for Rent|Recommended: YesBest part of the community is the neighbors. Everyone is friendly. It's nice to have lots of trees and open space as part of the apartment complex. Staff is average. Very Friendly, but they, more often than not, take a long time to resolve some problems. Other times, they can be very helpful. Expect to pay a lot for utilities in the summer. Insulation is not very good. I keep my apartment at 80 degrees in the summer and still payed about 130-140 dollars in the summer for electricity. Biggest problem with Woodruff is how I cannot pay rent early or by check. I am military and cannot guarantee that I am home the first 3 days of the month or have access to internet while I am on mission. This has been a major source of contention If I can't leave a check for rent when I go to the field at the end of the month, my rent bill needs to be posted on the website before the 1st so I can pay it. It is unacceptable that I cannot pay rent until the first of the month, and then I'm late on the fourth. The system seems gamed to try to make me pay late charges. Why would you not take my money if I want to pay you early I strongly recommend to non-military tenants. Mildly recommend for military tenants.
A welcome to come home|Recommended: YesSmall, friendly and in a nice location
